Custom Single Storey New Home Build

The Challenge
Maximising liveability, natural light, and garden connection across a single-level footprint while meeting Council (DA) setbacks, accommodating three bedrooms plus a study, and keeping the build efficient and on budget.
The Solution
We designed a wide, shallow footprint with oversized glazing to draw the landscape inside, zoned the bedrooms for privacy away from the open-plan living, and managed the entire build end-to-end with proactive site supervision, delivering the home ahead of schedule with premium craftsmanship and a turnkey handover.
