Penshurst Designer Bathroom Renovation
A tranquil bathroom renovation in Penshurst that transforms a compact, dated space into a calm, light-filled retreat. Soft stone textures, a deep freestanding bath, and a generous walk-in shower blend understated elegance with practical everyday comfort.
The Challenge
Reimagining a tight, poorly ventilated bathroom to create a sense of space and flow while keeping plumbing runs efficient and preserving privacy in a closely built southern Sydney block.
The Solution
We reconfigured the layout to separate the bath and shower zones, introduced large-format stone tiles to carry natural light deep into the room, and added a bespoke vanity with integrated storage, delivered ahead of schedule with meticulous waterproofing.
“The best part about working with JNR Constructions was how easy they were to talk to. When there was a problem, they didn't hide it or try to hit us with a massive extra bill. Jayson called us immediately, explained the problem, and offered a sensible fix. It's so rare to find builders who are transparent and communicate efficiently like that.
